SHIPPING:
All items are made to order, so depending on what we have in stock; it may take 2-4 business days to produce and fill your order from when we recieve payment. In some cases we can fill them in the same day, but we ask our customers to allow 2-4 business days to ship your items. Shipping times vary depending on how far you are from Delray Beach, FL.
RETURNS:
IF WE HAVE MADE A MISTAKE FULFILLING YOUR ORDER
Please contact us via email to notify us in the unlikely event that we have made a mistake filling your order. Rest assured, we will take necessary action to correct any error in a timely fashion. This will be accomplished without further cost to you.
IF YOU HAVE MADE A MISTAKE PLACING YOUR ORDER
Please contact us immediately via email to notify us of any mistake that you may have made while placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be happy to make corrections for you. If the correction leads to an increase (or decrease) in cost, then we will make that arrangement with you on a case-by-case basis. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, please review the policies below.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
All items—excluding accessories—are eligible for return or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused, and unworn condition.
Please note that all clothing is custom made to order to offer customers a wide range of styles, sizes, colors, and design combinations. Due to the uniqueness of each item, the likelihood of reselling an identical piece is very low, which makes returns more complex.
However, your satisfaction is important to us, so we do accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 35% restocking fee will apply to items returned with any fragrance or perfume scent.

HOW (AND HOW MUCH) CREDIT FOR RETURNS WILL OCCUR
All clothing can be returned or exchanged with a 25% restocking fee. A 35% restocking fee will apply to items returned with any fragrance or perfume scent. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and re-shipping (in the case of exchanges). Under no circumstances will the initial shipping cost be returned.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
If you are looking to exchange an item from your order (that qualifies to be returned/exchanged), your "replacement" order would need to be placed on the site (like a normal order) so that it can start being compiled and shipped to you. You will be charged normally for this order and the shipping on it. You can do this immediately, if you wish to expedite your exchange, but the value of the returned items will still only be issued as a gift certificate once we receive the return, and the credit cannot be used toward prior orders. The item to be exchanged needs to be sent back to us, and it will be treated as a "return" (see below).
Returned items will be credited to your credit card within 10 days of our receipt of the returned package. This type of return can be done by the original purchaser, or a gift recipient if need be. The re-stocking fees outlined above and shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount before reimbursement. All returned items should be sent to:

We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use delivery confirmation and/or insurance if you are concerned with the value of the package or its guaranteed delivery. Once your return has been processed, a gift credit will be issued, minus any applicable restocking fees.
